Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and a last-minute reschedule or cancellation is unavoidable.
To protect all our clients and ensure everyone has access to timely counselling support, we ask that cancellations be notified as soon as possible.

Cancellation due to illness
There is no cancellation fee for cancelling due to sickness. Please give us as much notice as possible:

Cancellation fees
Cancellation fees will vary depending on how much notice you give:
72+ hours notice: No fee
48 - 71 hours notice: 25% of your session fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
24 - 47 hours notice: 50% of your session fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours notice: A late cancellation fee of $180 will apply.
Missed appointments (no show): 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
