Our experienced, professional couples therapists provide a respectful, neutral space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we work towards strengthening your bond and navigating change—whether your goal is deeper reconnection, clarity, or a respectful transition

Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the sessions? Standard couples counselling sessions are 50 to 60 minutes long. We offer both in-person appointments at our welcoming Takapuna clinic and secure online video sessions for your convenience.
What if my partner is hesitant to come? It is incredibly common for one partner to feel nervous about therapy. We focus on creating a non-judgmental environment where both voices are equally valued, respected, and heard. No one is blamed or singled out.
How many sessions will we need? This depends entirely on your unique situation and goals. Some couples find clarity and tools within 4 to 6 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. Your therapist will discuss a tailored plan with you during your initial session.
